PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

Catholics in the area were given preference for admission after taking the Defense Category into account because Loreto Convent School is a minority institution.

ADMISSION TO A PREP CLASS

Class Prep, which is similar to Upper KG, is where our school begins. School Prep Admissions are started following the directives of the Directorate of Education. The applicant for Class Prep must be at least 4 years old by the 31st of March of the academic session being considered.

CERTIFICATE OF TRANSFER

Parents must properly sign and turn in the Transfer Certificate Application Form to the office 10 days before they need the T.C. Before receiving the T.C., they must also see the Principal.

  • A transfer certificate won’t be granted until all departments have signed off on clearance.
  • If the TC is requested at the beginning of the month, the applicant must pay all applicable fees; the TC will only be granted after all fees have been paid in full.
  • T.C. duplicate copies are available for Rs. 100/- each.

ENTRY TO CLASSES ONE THROUGH NINE

Based on the results of the CBSE Examination, admission is granted in April. The three categories are business, science, and humanities.
