The BSAI Leadership Conclave was conducted from 18th to 20th July 2025 at Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun, bringing together young minds from around 28 schools all over India, to nurture leadership potential, develop interpersonal skills, and promote collaboration through structured activities and discussions.
Ecole was represented by four students; Manasvi Nahata, Piyanshi Pandey, Kavya Jain and Keshavi Patel who actively participated in the three-day event. The programme featured a series of workshops, team-building exercises, and interactive sessions led by experienced mentors and facilitators.
Students engaged in group tasks, case studies, and reflective sessions that encouraged self-awareness and growth as emerging leaders. They also had the opportunity to network with peers from different schools, sharing experiences and perspectives in a collaborative environment.
The event concluded with a closing ceremony where students were handed the certificates.
The BSAI Leadership Programme proved to be an enriching experience, equipping participants with essential skills for personal and academic development.
