Learning the concepts in the classroom is one thing, and retaining them is another. 1) EAT BREAKFAST

According to a study, about 27% of the boys and 39% of the girls skip their breakfast. Breakfast is considered to be the most essential meal of the day as it provides a head start to all your activities. Skipping a meal can significantly affect a student’s capability and productivity. It can reduce the attention span and also have adverse effects on the health of the student. A student should make sure to never miss their breakfast. Only having a glass of milk due to the lack of time can also help. Parents should make sure that their child has a well- balanced and healthy breakfast every day.

2) PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY

In the contemporary age, mobile phones and other devices have become a significant distraction to the students. Children spend hours engrossed in their mobile phone screens. Mobile addiction has become a very standard term nowadays. Social- media, games, videos, etc. are exciting and can capture the attention of a person.
