An insightful online workshop on the topic “Role of Emotions and Separation Anxiety” was conducted for parents by Dr. Iram Naz, Ms. Pooja Dixit, and Ms. Richa Joshi on 17 April 2026 from 3:00 p.m. onwards. The workshop aimed to help parents understand the importance of emotions in a child’s development and address concerns related to separation anxiety in a supportive and informed manner.
The session highlighted how emotions influence children’s behavior, learning, and relationships. The resource persons explained the signs and causes of separation anxiety and shared practical strategies for parents to help children build emotional resilience, confidence, and a sense of security.The workshop was highly interactive and created a healthy platform for meaningful dialogue between the school and parents. Parents actively participated by sharing concerns, asking questions, and engaging in thoughtful discussions, which made the session enriching and collaborative.
This healthy interaction further strengthened the bond between the school and parent community.The presence and participation of the Principal added great value to the workshop. The Principal’s insights reinforced the importance of working together to support children’s emotional and social growth.The workshop concluded on a positive note, leaving parents better informed and reassured, while reinforcing the shared responsibility of school and home in nurturing emotionally secure and confident children.
