A delegation of 19 students represented Ecole Globale International Girls’ School at WELMUN 2026, hosted by Welham Boys’ School, over three enriching days of debate, negotiation, and global dialogue.
Participating across a range of committees, our students engaged with contemporary international issues, honed their research and public speaking skills, and demonstrated diplomacy, critical thinking, and collaboration. Beyond formal committee sessions, the conference provided invaluable opportunities to interact with delegates from different schools, broaden perspectives, and develop confidence in representing diverse viewpoints.
The experience was a significant step in nurturing globally aware young leaders, reinforcing the values of informed citizenship, respectful dialogue, and solution-oriented thinking. The delegation returned with enhanced skills, lasting friendships, and a deeper appreciation for the role of diplomacy in addressing global challenges.
