    Master Chef Competition at 2026

The Master Chef Competition 2026, held on 28 April, was a delightful showcase of culinary talent, creativity, and teamwork. Students from all five Houses participated with great enthusiasm, working together in the Cafeteria to prepare an impressive range of dishes within a span of three hours.

The menu reflected a global touch, featuring a refreshing Blue Lagoon mocktail inspired by French cuisine, a rich and creamy White Sauce Pasta in the classic Alfredo style from Italy, and an innovative Indian dessert prepared using tragacanth gum. Each team brought its own flair to the competition.

Ignis House stood out with a beautifully layered dessert infused with rose petals and gulkand, combining traditional flavours with elegant presentation. Aether House impressed with its authentic fettuccine pasta, carefully crafted with Parmesan cheese and true to the essence of Italian cooking. Alongside these, the fruit and vegetable carving display added a striking visual dimension, with students creating imaginative forms such as pirate ships and forest scenes.

The judging session, led by Chef Pradeep Sharma, appreciated not only the taste and presentation but also the originality and teamwork displayed.
