Ideas collided, perspectives unfolded, and eloquence found its voice as the preliminary round of the Inter-House English Debate was held on 27 July at 6:30 p.m. in the school library. The motion, ‘This House believes that student protests are essential to strengthen democracy’, ignited spirited yet thoughtful exchanges among participants from all five Houses and a dummy team. Judged by Vice Principal Ms Puja Pant, Academic Head Mr Varun Kumar, and Ms Devi Priya of the English Department, the debate reflected intellectual depth, persuasive oratory, and exemplary discipline. Aer House emerged victorious, followed by Aqua House, with both advancing to the finals. Terra House secured third place, while Aether and Ignis finished fourth and fifth respectively.
