2) In the second phase, all-girl candidates will have to appear for an interview with a board of interviewers who will be designated by the Indian Air Force.
The second phase of selection is SSB (Services Selection Board) Interview which comprises a personality test, intelligence tests, and team tasks. This phase is for five days long and includes a psychological aptitude test, interview, and group task.
All-Girl candidates who are selected in this phase will then have to undergo medical tests, after which they will be given provisional admission letters.
