Ecole Globale International Girls’ School, in collaboration with the Careers Department, hosted a special session in partnership with the Oxford University Saïd Business School Youth Programmes on Monday, 10 November 2025. The event aimed to inspire high school students to think critically, lead responsibly, and engage with global challenges.The interactive session introduced Oxford Saïd’s youth engagement initiatives, which focus on connecting students and educators with new opportunities for growth and global learning. Mr. Manos Kapterian, Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Jo Fawkes, Director Global Inclusion and Youth Education, from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, addressed the gathering.
They discussed the school’s commitment to nurturing future innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. The team also highlighted various super-curricular summer programmes, including Future Climate Innovators, Future Entrepreneurs, and AI & Machine Learning Pioneers, explaining how these initiatives equip students for university and beyond.Representatives from neighbouring schools also participated in the workshop, which was well-received by both students and counsellors. The session proved to be an insightful and inspiring experience, encouraging students to step beyond their comfort zones and engage in impactful global learning.
