Four teachers from our school attended the Cambridge Subject Café Teacher Training held at Unison World School. The training was offered across English, Mathematics, Global Perspectives, and Sciences. Two teachers participated in the Sciences sessions, while the other two were registered for Global Perspectives.
The sessions were highly insightful, focusing on innovative teaching methodologies, effective assessment strategies, and techniques to enhance learner engagement. They emphasized the development of critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and global awareness, aligning closely with the Cambridge approach to holistic education.
The programme also provided a collaborative platform for educators from different schools to exchange ideas and best practices. Overall, it proved to be an enriching professional development experience, equipping our teachers with fresh perspectives and practical strategies to further strengthen teaching and learning at our school.
