15 students from the French and Spanish language participated in Kultura Festa 2026, the Modern Foreign Languages Festival hosted by The Doon School on 6 August 2026. The event provided an excellent platform for students to demonstrate their linguistic proficiency, creativity, and intercultural understanding.
Our students participated enthusiastically in the Quiz, Spell Bee, Art, Treasure Hunt, and See & Say competitions in both French and Spanish, showcasing their language skills, confidence, and teamwork. One of the highlights of the festival was the international culinary experience. Participants were served an array of European and international delicacies, including Crêpes, Pain au Chocolat, Éclairs, Champignons (mushrooms), French Fries, Greek Salad, Burritos, Nachos, Churros, and Tarte Tatin, offering students a delightful opportunity to experience the flavours associated with different cultures.
Ecole achieved remarkable success at the festival. Sharyu Jogdande was awarded First Prize in the French See & Say Competition, demonstrating exceptional fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and presentation skills. In addition, our students secured Second Prize (Amoolyaa Agarwal 9A , Veronica Garg 7A) in the Treasure Hunt event
