Dr. Shamik Chakravarty, Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Alliance University, Bangalore gave a talk to girls of Class 10, 11 and 12 on 15 November. He spoke about the value of liberal arts and how the Liberal Arts encourage creativity, independent thought and all-round development. A few critical thinking tools were also introduced to students. He thus oriented them to consider liberal arts as an option after Plus 2.
