Unison World School hosted the IC3 Regional Forum on 3rd May 2025—a powerful day of dialogue, collaboration, and reflection on the future of education and counselling. It was attended by Mr Varun Kumar, the school Academic Head
The forum opened with a grounding mindfulness session led by Mr. Ganesh Kohli, Founder of the IC3 Movement, followed by an inspiring keynote address by Lt. Gen. Surendra Kulkarni. He added a thought-provoking perspective to the importance of counselling and leadership in education.
Visionary sessions throughout the day featured Mr. Kohli, Dr. Sandeep Vasant, and Ms. Meenu Arora, exploring critical themes like “Counselling as a Culture,” “Future of Work 2040,” and “Navigating Change.”
A highlight of the day was the student Bootcamp “From Competition to Competence”, designed to shift focus from comparison to inner capability.
The forum culminated in a powerful panel discussion featuring leaders in education- Dr. Madhav Deo Saraswat, Ms. Sangeeta Kain, Ms. Monisha Datta, and Dr. Mona Khanna who shared perspectives on building resilience, agility, and emotional strength in today’s learners.
The IC3 Regional Forum served as a space to inspire change, foster collaboration, and reaffirm our collective commitment to preparing students for a dynamic and empowering future.
