Ecol e Globale Girls’ International School hosted a two-day interactive workshop on effective communication, led by Advocate Apoorva Thakur from Team Iris. Designed for teachers and staff, the workshop aimed to enhance communication skills within and beyond the classroom. Through engaging activities, discussions, and role-plays, participants explored key topics such as understanding communication styles, building rapport with students, and the importance of non-verbal cues like body language and eye contact. A strong focus was placed on active listening, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining clarity and tone in communication.
