    From leading academic departments and publications to heading large-scale school activities and currently serving as Vice Principal at Ecole Globale International Girls’School, Puja has consistently demonstrated her ability to elevate systems, inspire teams, and nurture student potential. Her tenure at The Scindia School was marked by pioneering initiatives, including the founding of the Editors’ Conference-an acclaimed national platform for student journalism and the school’s most widely read magazine. Her selection for the prestigious teacher exchange program at Woodbridge School, UK, further broadened her global perspective and strengthened her pedagogical acumen.

    At Vidya Devi Jindal School, Puja’s leadership as Dean of Activities catalysed a cultural shift in adventure and experiential learning, notably through the school’s first cycling expedition for girls.
