The CIE Orientation for Grade 8, held on 12 December, marked an important milestone for students stepping into the Cambridge curriculum. The session opened with Miss Bhawna introducing CIE, its educational philosophy, and its emphasis on critical thinking, curiosity, and independent learning. Subject teachers then presented their respective subjects, giving students an insight into the curriculum, areas of study, and the skills they will develop through each discipline. Teachers also shared their expectations, encouraging students to be responsible and proactive learners. The orientation motivated students to take ownership of their academic journey and build strong learning habits, setting an enthusiastic and confident tone for the year ahead in the Cambridge programme.
