
A Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) workshop was conducted on 14th July by Ms Dhatri Verma to help participants understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The session was highly interactive, with activity-based learning that encouraged active participation and practical application of CBT techniques. Through engaging discussions, group activities, and real-life scenarios, participants learned how to identify negative thought patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies. The workshop provided a safe and collaborative environment, enabling participants to reflect on their experiences and enhance their emotional well-being.
