On 19th April 2025, a friendly football match was held between Ecole and Hopetown School. Both teams displayed impressive skills and techniques, including precise passing, strategic dribbling, and powerful shots on goal.
The first half was intense, with Hopetown taking an early lead, scoring one goal. However, the Ecole girls regrouped and launched several determined attempts to equalize. Their perseverance paid off when Ramya Raman took a well-placed corner kick, which Ashmin Chiranya converted into a goal.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw, reflecting the competitive spirit of both teams. The game highlighted the areas for improvement, showing that the Ecole team will need to step up their efforts for the upcoming Doon Cup.
