    World Mental Health Day: A Sip of Serenity

    In a thoughtful and heartwarming collaboration, the Psychology Department and the Culinary Club came together to mark World Mental Health Day with a unique initiative “Tea of Tranquility.” Soothing music was the perfect background score

    The staff, Council members and the Freaxters were treated to a soothing selection of calming teas, including masala chai, chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm, ginseng, and lavender. Each cup was carefully curated to promote relaxation and mindfulness, offering a much-needed pause in the midst of a bustling day.

    Complementing the teas was a delicious spread featuring Mumbai-style vada pav and freshly baked cookies lovingly prepared by the talented student chefs of the Culinary Club. It was a simple yet powerful reminder that mental well-being begins with the little things a warm cup, a quiet moment, and the joy of sharing it together.
