On Tuesday, 5th August, the school hosted engaging workshops with representatives from Krea University and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Krea University introduced its holistic and interdisciplinary approach to education, aimed at preparing students for impactful careers. Traditional courses are being reimagined such as Business with Design to integrate creativity and critical thinking. The programmes are designed to develop future analysts in corporate firms, support family business ventures, and prepare students for careers in media or entrepreneurship.
NUS presented its newly launched Immersion Programme, offering students a week to ten days on campus to gain first-hand academic and cultural exposure. Additionally, they introduced AI-focused internship workshops that encourage forward-thinking and innovation. These certified workshops offer students a practical understanding of AI in real-world contexts.
The sessions were insightful and well-received by students from Grades IX to XII, sparking curiosity and excitement about future academic opportunities.
