    Baisakhi

Baisakhi, one of the most looked-forward-to days in the École calendar, was celebrated with all the colour, noise, and joy it truly deserves. The girls turned up in bright ethnic outfits making the campus feel festive and alive.

What made the day special were the little things; moving from one stall to another, picking up treats, trying their luck at games, and, of course, stopping every few minutes for pictures (often with a quick, hopeful “Ma’am, phone please?”). Balloons, sweets, and laughter were everywhere.

The DJ kept the energy going, and it didn’t take long for everyone to gather around, dancing without much hesitation and just enjoying the moment.

For the new students, this was their first celebration away from home. But as the day went on, that didn’t seem to matter as much; they blended right in, laughing, dancing, and celebrating just like everyone else.

It was one of those days that felt easy, happy, and full exactly how a school celebration should be.
