Faculty Development Program

Faculty is the pivot on which the entire educational edifice revolves. The school invests a lot of thought and attention to the regular upskilling of the faculty as that redounds to great student outcomes. From building subject competence to enhancing skills of dealing with adolescent children under their care each aspect of the professional engagement of the staff is enhanced. In view of the high demands made on the teachers their emotional health and resilience is taken care of through emotional wellbeing workshops.

The school ties up with the best professionals and organizations to upgrade the capabilities of the members of faculty. The requirements of the CBSE and CIE program along with the needs of a residential school set up are taken into account while planning the Faculty development program. While in house sharing of best practices and regular Department Development Dialogues are a year long process but four major sessions are planned at the commencement and end of the summer and winter vacation.
