However, a modern-day finishing school in India needs to incorporate a lot more to help women of today balance their professional and personal life

We are 1st school in India to Launch an extensive “Finishing School Certification” course preparing students for the life ahead.

A life transformational certificate program, done over 9 years from class 4 to class 12th will help students become ready to face challenges of personal and professional life along with completing the formal education. From handling discussions and making decisions in the boardroom to ensuring the smooth running of household we train our students to take up each responsibility with perfection.

Etiquette Training

“Teaching children the behavior expected of them is a daily process.” Good manners and etiquette are key to a child’s social success. Our continuous etiquette training program ensures making the day to day etiquette a part of our girls’ personality. From teaching them basic courtesies to dining etiquette, from social networking etiquette to how etiquette varies in different parts of the world ‘we focus on everything to ensure bringing in the social confidence that will set them up on road to success.

Personal Enhancement

From building a strong personality to equally emphasizing on appearance and style. Our modules cover all the aspects of being well-groomed and confident from inside out. Each session of the personality enhancement course is designed to cover a particular concept through various practical exercises, role-plays, talks, discussions, and presentations.

Attitude Building

Although it’s impossible to fully control life events, one can control reactions to what happens. This attitude enables one to develop the strength to deal with life’s challenges. We train our children to develop a positive attitude early in life, which makes positive thinking a habit that can ease the pressures associated with growing up.

Life Skills

We work with our girls on essential life skills to ensure that they are ready for the challenges of personal and professional life ahead. Be it being a perfect hostess and planning and cooking a meal at home or delivering a presentation at work for the business deal our girls are equipped with essential skills to manage both with equal ease.

Social Awareness

Social awareness is an integral part of our finishing school training, we ensure that our girls our continually sensitized forwards various causes are encouraged to find solutions for the various issues of social concern. Our projects include Random act of kindness, Adopt and restore, Grow and Eat and many more.

The Charismatic Leader

We dare the girls of Ecole Globale to be innovative, to think differently, and to stand out as charismatic leaders who lead with example and have the power to influence and motivate others. To achieve this, every Ecolier is imparted training in Public Relations, Effective Communication Skills, Goal setting, Resolving Conflicts, Team building and Assertiveness.

Ecole Globale has set its bar high when it comes to giving opportunities to its girls and we strive to keep innovating to let them experience earlier than the others. Very recently, the School came up with the novel idea to train girls in public speaking and journalism through the newly-commenced ‘Ecole Broadcast’. This feature of the media within Ecole lets the girls speak their minds fearlessly, be updated with the current affairs within the country and across the world. The students are creative in their approach and bring fresh content to this broadcast for each episode, by also including the latest happenings of the campus and beyond. By articulating their views boldly and making their presence felt, the smart Ecolier is roaring to go.

The School also gives the chance to develop leadership skills in the girls through contesting for positions of authority in the Annual Student Council.The Student Council is where they represent their respective houses and take responsibility for the good conduct and prodigious performance of students through various competitions, conferences, seminars, cultural and literary events. To ensure that the Council Members proceed on the right track, select faculty members guide and mentor them on their way forward as House Masters/House Mistresses. Such breaks are productive for instilling the habit and ability of dealing with adverse situations, people-management, handling time-bound deadlines and multitasking. Since these are the most sought-after skills in the 21stCentury, we believe that the earlier our girls develop them, the more embellished their personality becomes. The Competent Homemaker

The modern Indian woman can never really be happy unless she can confidently juggle home and workplace with equal ease. She proudly ensures that her home and family reflect her efficiency and style as she works tirelessly to this end. At Ecole Globale, we train our young ladies to run a beautiful home, to be a gracious hostess, as well as how to manage her money and invest wisely.

To this end, they are given classes in banking, personal investment, legal rights and home economics as well as cooking and housekeeping. In a nut shell, we leave nothing that she will need to equip for her life ahead.

The woman of today is not a wilting wallflower ready to take the back seat at home or at work, rather she is someone who takes the world head on. She is not only a homemaker but is also an important component that contributes to providing a sound and healthy society.
