Career Cell: Exploring Pathways, Possibilities and Potential
The School Career Cell organised a series of enriching sessions to broaden students’ perspectives on higher education, emerging careers, and creative pathways.
On 18th August, Ahmedabad University Professor Parag Patel engaged Grades XI and XII in an insightful session on exploring disciplines and making informed career choices. He introduced students to the evolving landscape of Life Sciences, emerging career opportunities, and the importance of building a personalised learning pathway. The University’s liberal education model, which encourages interdisciplinary exploration before specialisation, offered students a refreshing perspective on customised learning and career planning. The session concluded with an invitation for students to experience the University firsthand.
On 25th August, Simon Frost introduced students to the University of Exeter, a leading Russell Group university in England. The interactive session familiarised students with British higher education, university programmes, applications, scholarships, and ways to maximise their academic and personal experience abroad.
On 26th August, Pearl Academy, Delhi, conducted “LOCK & BLOCK,” a creative, hands-on workshop for Grade XII students and those interested in design. Through engaging activities in interior design, students explored creativity, spatial thinking, and their own creative potential.
Together, these sessions empowered students to explore possibilities, make informed decisions, and envision pathways aligned with their aspirations.
