25 of our girls represented the school at DSMUN 2026, participating across a diverse range of committees and stepping into the roles of diplomats, policymakers, historical figures, scientists and journalists.

The conference took their learning far beyond prepared speeches. They had to think on their feet, defend their portfolios, respond to challenging POIs, negotiate with other delegates, navigate crises, and turn research into workable solutions. What stood out most was the growth visible across the conference; students becoming more confident in speaking spontaneously, questioning others, building alliances and adapting their strategies as debates evolved. More than awards or outcomes, DSMUN reinforced what makes MUN valuable: learning to listen before responding, disagree without hostility, research beyond the obvious, and recognise that complex problems rarely have simple solutions.
