Inter-House Group Dance Competition
The Inter-House Group Dance Competition on the powerful theme “Dream vs Reality” was held on 24th August. All five houses participated with remarkable enthusiasm, creativity, and confidence.
The competition went beyond dance, becoming a platform for storytelling, self-expression, and social awareness. Each house presented a unique dance-drama exploring the journey between dreams and reality through music, movement, expressions, and teamwork.
“Wings Under the Veil” portrayed the resilience of girls whose dreams are restricted by societal realities, highlighting their courage to confront challenges and refuse to be forgotten. A reimagined “Alice in Wonderland” explored identity, inner conflict, power, and the blurred line between illusion and reality through Alice, her clones, the Queen of Hearts, and the mysterious rabbit. “Behind the Camera” / “Lights, Camera, Reality” explored the contrast between glamour and the often unseen realities behind the camera. Other performances highlighted the struggles faced by girls creating powerful moments of empathy and reflection.
