Principal Cup 2026: Every Stroke Counts!

On 2 nd October 2026, the swimming pool at School became the stage for a wonderfully spirited House event-the Principal Cup!

The challenge was simple: swim 17 metres without touching the bottom and earn one valuable point for your House. But the event was about far more than swimming. It was about courage, participation, perseverance and, above all, House spirit.

Swimmers and non-swimmers alike took the plunge, with some determined students even joining swimming sessions just a day or two before the event, eager to contribute their bit to the House tally! With swimming boards or without, every student gave it her best.

The poolside rang with cheers, encouragement and plenty of excitement as every successful crossing added another precious point. Some glided confidently; others battled nerves and splashes but every finish was celebrated.

When the final tally was announced, Ignis emerged victorious, with Aer and Terra sharing second place, followed by Aqua in third and Aether.

The Principal Cup truly embodies the spirit of Ecole Globale: step up, give it a go, cheer for one another and always do your bit for your House!
