Spreading Awareness

Ten École Globale students visited Government Inter College, Horawala for a community service initiative focused on menstrual hygiene and awareness. The students conducted an engaging 45-minute session for Class VII students, explaining menstruation and the importance of maintaining proper menstrual hygiene in a simple, sensitive and age-appropriate manner.

The session aimed to equip the girls with essential knowledge, encourage healthy hygiene practices and help them approach menstruation with greater confidence and understanding. As part of the initiative, sanitary pads were also distributed to the students, reinforcing the importance of menstrual health and access to essential hygiene products.

The visit was a meaningful exercise in peer-led learning and community outreach.
