Pooja S. Dixit is an accomplished education leader, CBSE Master Trainer, counsellor, and child psychology professional with over 12 years of experience in educational leadership, adolescent well-being, parenting education, teacher training, and holistic child development.

Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to creating emotionally healthy, inclusive, and child-centred learning environments. Through her work with Army Public Schools, CBSE Centres of Excellence, and reputed educational institutions, she has designed and delivered impactful training programmes for educators, parents, and students. Pooja specialises in bringing together education, psychology, emotional intelligence, and practical life skills to address the evolving academic, emotional, and social needs of children and adolescents. Her workshops and professional engagements cover areas such as adolescent psychology, stress management, life skills, classroom management, inclusive education, gender sensitivity, parenting, career guidance, and effective communication.

She has also contributed to initiatives addressing contemporary challenges including examination anxiety, cyberbullying , mobile addiction, adolescent well-being, and the changing dynamics of parent–teen relationships. In her previous roles, Pooja has led academic and administrative initiatives with a strong emphasis on innovative, child-centric education, emotional well-being, inclusive learning, and teacher development. Her leadership and counselling experience across leading schools has further strengthened her expertise in academic administration, faculty development, student support, and institutional growth.

Pooja’s work has received appreciation from Central Command and AWWA. She has also contributed as a member of the Local Selection Board of the Army School Selection Board, Jammu. She has been featured as an expert on BIG FM, DD National, DD Madhya Pradesh, and Dainik Jagran, sharing insights on parenting, mental health, adolescent development, and child well-being.

Her qualifications include an M.Sc. in Counselling & Family Therapy, a Professional Diploma in Child Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence (in progress). She has also undertaken specialised learning in family engagement in education, cognitive learning, adolescent stress management, and inclusive education.

As the Head of Pastoral Care at Ecole Globale International Girls’ School, Pooja S. Dixit plays an integral role in nurturing the emotional, social, and personal well-being of students. She works towards creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and empowered to thrive. Her responsibilities include strengthening pastoral systems, supporting student well-being, guiding adolescents through the challenges of growing up, and fostering positive relationships among students, educators, and families.
